Business Philosophy:
* I shall always provide the best "personal" service possible for every Client I represent! * I will not tell a Client what they want to hear if it is not reality! * I will not enter into a Client Relationship where I know that what is expected of me cannot be completed in good faith! * I will not enter into an agreement with a homeseller who is unrealistic in regards to proper pricing. * When I am contracted to sell a Client's home, I will always make recommendations that could benefit my Client and reduce the marketing time, even if it means telling my Client some things that they may not want to hear! * I do hereby acknowledge that, I do occasionally lose some business because, I am truthful with my Clients and many of my competitors are willing to tell the homesellers what they want to hear to "temporarily" secure the listings, and then, aggressively go after price adjustments with them! * I will always remember that, in order to obtain positive results for my Clients, we must have mutual, realistic goals! * I will not lose sight that hard work, honesty, loyalty, understanding, confidentiality, accountability, negotiating skills, and creativity are what set me apart from the Real Estate masses! * My services will always be made available to all segments of the public! * I will always "personally" deal with my Clients and offer my services and properties without any regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, ancestry, national origin, physical challenges, or familial status! * I shall always promote the best interests of my Clients, whether they be the homebuyer, or homeseller! * As a "Marketing & Seller's Agent" ….. I shall use my knowledge of the area, evaluation, marketing and negotiation skills to obtain the absolute, best possible price, terms and conditions for my homeseller, along with disclosure of any pertinent facts that may affect their decision or price being negotiated! * As a "Homebuyer's Representative" ….. I shall utilize my investigative, computer and negotiation skills to improve upon and protect my homebuyer's position at all times, with the same disclosures necessary for them to make an intelligent and informed decision regarding price, terms and conditions! * I assure everyone that, during my Real Estate Career, I will always strive for excellence and I do hereby voluntarily commit to forgo a portion of my life in exchange for continuing education so that, I may better serve my Client's wants and needs! * Last but, not least ….. I shall not ever allow greed to become a motivating factor so that, it inhibits me from always offering the "personal" attention and "professional" services as I do ….. I shall continually strive to intentionally assist and serve only a few Clients, at any given time! * I share this with you because, I believe it is important for you to know how I personally feel about the search process for my homebuyer, or the marketing process for my homeseller ….. "YOU GET BY GIVING" and I am proud to say that I continually follow this philosophy!
